Our policy on Unwanted Commercial Email (spam) is very strict. We do not use spam as a method of advertising our services and we do not conduct business with any individual or organization which does. LizardFoot, LLC will permit spam to be sent through it's mail servers for compensation in the amount of US$500 per kilobyte of data received and not less than US$1000 per each individual message of spam received. The sending of spam to a lizardfoot.com email address or account constitutes the agreement of the sender to the foregoing terms of compensation. The inclusion of a lizardfoot.com e-mail address into any database used, or intended for use, for, or in the furtherance of, transmission of spam, constitutes the agreement of the compiler of any such database, and of each and every person or organization which purchases or makes use of the database, to the foregoing terms of compensation. It shall be the duty of the compiler of any such database to give notice to any purchasers or users thereof of the foregoing terms and condititions. In the event of any unresolved controversy relating to this agreement, the parties shall submit the same to a single neutral arbitrator for final determination under the then applicable rules of Chapter 682 Florida arbitration code, and judgment may be entered upon any such award in any court having jurisdiction. This agreement shall be deemed made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Florida.
